Services
LPT Success Solutions provides strategic advisory services, including but not limited to:
- Clarity Calls (exploratory consultations)
- Quantified Bottleneck Diagnostic™
- Structural Growth Partnership (where applicable)
Services are professional advisory services and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
Bookings & Payment
All paid services must be booked through our website or confirmed via direct invoice.
Payment terms for invoiced services will be specified in writing and must be satisfied according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.
Refunds & Rescheduling
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable nature of the Quantified Bottleneck Diagnostic™ as outlined in that policy.
Clarity Calls are complimentary exploratory sessions and may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Scope of Services
The Quantified Bottleneck Diagnostic™ includes:
- Review of submitted intake materials
- One scheduled 90-minute advisory session
- A written summary of findings and recommendations
The Diagnostic does not include implementation, execution support, ongoing advisory, or additional deliverables unless separately contracted in writing.
Any work beyond the defined scope requires a separate written agreement.
For services provided under custom proposals, retainers, or direct invoices, the terms outlined in the applicable written agreement shall govern and, where inconsistent, shall supersede these general Terms & Conditions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide proper notice for rescheduling
- Implement recommendations at their own discretion and risk
Strategic outcomes depend on client execution and external variables. No specific financial or operational results are guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, tools, documents, written summaries, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of LPT Success Solutions.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use provided materials for internal business purposes only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPT Success Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LPT Success Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your misuse of services
- Your implementation of recommendations
- Information you provide that is inaccurate or incomplete
Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or services at our discretion.
Amendments

Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LPT Success Solutions regarding use of this website and purchase of services.
No verbal statements, prior discussions, or informal communications shall modify or supersede these Terms unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
For services governed by a custom proposal, retainer agreement, or written contract, that agreement shall constitute the entire agreement for that specific engagement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
